THE DIGITAL DIVIDE IN THE TERRITORIAL ASPECT: PRACTICE OF OVERCOMING

JATS‑XML (OAI)The article analyzes the resource potential of the corporation (using the example of the Russian corporation Rostelecom) in overcoming digital imbalances in the development of Russian regions. The financial aspects of the program to eliminate digital inequality, the specifics of project financing of this direction in Russia are considered. The resource potential and financial sources of the private business sector for investment in programs for the development of universal communication services are indicated. It is proposed to reduce the segment of the provision of communication services subsidized by the state by increasing the attraction of private investors.
